1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment.
  • Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
  • And must be at least 21 years of age

2. Check in & Check out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 2:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

  • Guests must pay the full amount at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on booking conditions.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of advance payment.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and avoid damaging property.
  • Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
  • Loud noise or disturbances that affect other guests are not permitted.

6. Visitor Policy

  • Visitors are allowed only in common areas unless approved by management.
  • Visitors must leave the premises before 10:00 PM unless registered as guests.

7. Safety and Security

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

8. Illegal Activities

Illegal activities, including drug use or unlawful behavior, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

9. Smoking and Alcohol

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Consumption of alcohol must follow local laws and hotel policies.

10. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
  • Management may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

11. Liability

Omkaar Tourist Home is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during a guest’s stay.
